Alex Smith is an award winning artist/writer/musician whose work uses sci-fi and Afrofuturism to create rich and immersive worlds through a queer, body-positive lens. Works like ARKDUST (short stories/Rosarium Publishing), Black Vans (cyberpunk gay bear comic/Afterverse), his collage art and the music of punk bands Rainbow Crimes (Exotic Fever) and Solarized (SRA Records) are sigil magic for a re-imagined world that empowers and uplifts the lives of queer Black people, projecting us beyond the future.
