As to your concerns about the time between your order and receipt of the item, please let us know if we could somehow make the amount of time necessary to receive this item more obvious to the next customer than the bolded, centered, first sentence of the description on the item you ordered:
'Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery of this made-to-order item!'
We definitely don't want anybody to be confused about how long it can take for our made-to-order items to arrive, but we admit we're at a loss on how to disclose that more obviously to potential customers. Please let us know how you think we could more obviously disclose this item's production and delivery time.
