This ace pride Scattered Music Notes "bindeau" -- a portmanteau of binder and bandeau -- is a comfortable solution when you need to keep those things on your chest in place but either cannot wear a binder for safety reasons or don't want to wear a bra or binder. It's comfy and soft, made out of the same material we use for our leggings, and functions similarly to a sleep bra, but like, aggressively degendered.
